In consideration of acceptance of this application, I/we the undersigned intend to be legally bound, hereby for myself, my heirs, executors and administrators, waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages I/we may have against the Grand American Barbecue World Championship, KCBS, host facility, or any individual or group responsible for the organization or management of the Grand American Barbecue World Championship and associated festival . I/we hereby grant permission for Grand American Barbecue World Championship and/or agents authorized by them to use any photographs, recordings and any other record of these events for any legitimate purpose. I/we have read and understand all the rules and regulations of Grand American Barbecue World Championship, each BBQ competition, and KCBS (copies may be requested).
